Never had a better trip before, everything was spotless. The staff were very polite and welcoming, the room was new-fashioned. I thoroughly enjoyed pleasant views and wake-up service available. This was a great and incredible location near to convenient for public transport, the center of Madrid's oldest area and Prado museum. Centro district was worth visiting.

The location is excellent. Within 5 minutes walk there are all kinds of restaurants, cafes, markets, a very lively and quiet atmosphere. The most important museums are all within walking distance. Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Via are all within walking distance.
kitchen was very badly equipped... we arrived the first day there were no pots and pans, nothing to dry the dishes I had to use a towel from the bathroom... there was no microwave either I asked for one and they gave it to me but there was no room in the kitchen and they put it on a not very stable table in the living room... hahaha. bathroom was big but... toilet was there in such a way that it bothered to enter the shower and occupied the space to stand in front of the sink... funny.. you could sit on the toilet and brush your teeth. In the early morning you could hear the noise of an air conditioner and noise of the pipes of the smoke outlet of the restaurant next door. mattress was very soft, I think it was already very used. room lacked something.. like joy.. that touch that one would say that cool here I stay.. I was happy to leave that room.. we had a great time in Madrid!

We loved our room. It was large with a sitting area and coffee table, a fridge and a kitchenette (it was very nice to be able to make our own breakfasts in the morning). The staff was also very helpful (especially the young girl that worked during the day). Her English was great and she even got us reservations to a Flamenco show. Great location as well. There is a metro station right on the corner. Would recommend to anyone.
The only annoyance was having a card that would turn the electricity on which was attached to the key. We were constantly worried about the food that we had in the fridge spoiling and the room getting hot without the A/C while we were away.

Curiosity got me
Curiosity led me to this charming place, and I wasn't disappointed! The spacious apartment and well-stocked kitchenette were good, while the friendly staff added to the warmth of the experience. Just be ready for some nighttime noise from the vibrant streets! Still, a good getaway in a lively neighborhood.

Perfect 2 room suite! Very good price/quality rate and in the city centre/ Plaza Sta Ana area. Relatively quiet for such a down-town location. It was great to have a sitting room as well, for some relaxation after a day of walking around and visiting the main museums in the neighborhood (Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia) and before going out for diner in one of the many restaurants in the area. And only a 5 minutes walk from the shops around the Plaza del Sol.

4 Star. Quiet but central location for museums and other sights in Madrid. Reasonably close to Metro stations. The room has full facilities - similar to a self contained apartment.

This is a great place to stay. The suites are just perfect. The staff could not be more helpful. It is in easy reach of all sights in the old town.
The breakfasts are too expensive for what you get. It is much cheaper to buy at a local shop and take in.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of excellent dining nearby, easy to find something for everyone, especially our teens who loved the local food. We enjoyed our spacious room, perfect for our large family.
My children wished there had been a soundproof option to help with the street noise at night.

Location
My Kindle touch was stolen from the room after I left the room for 3 hours, they gave us the "attic suite" that gave a new meaning of "crawling" out of the bed. Had a small kitchen but no pans, tea kettle or any other basic supplies. Only refrigerator in the room was a little that was full of their snack(to sell) and no freezer to make ice !!!!! . Twice we cameback and the front door was locked (nobody at the front entrance) eventually they showed up. Four star rating is about 2 star too many !!!!!!

Its location - and the room - the room was large, comfortable and very well done. The interiors were bright, modern and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. They provided a separate bed for my 5 year child without any extra charges. Also the location is excellent, with all restaurants very nearby. It only got a bit noisy on saturday night.
They didnt tell us at the time of checkin that the hot water could run out - we had a bad time on the 1st day. There was a sign in the room which said " tank is 100 litres", but obviously we did not understand what it meant in terms of hot water.
